Chainlink (LINK)
Chainlink is a project that aims to be a decentralized oracle provider for Ethereum, Bitcoin, Hyperledger and other blockchains. If you're not computer-savvy, your eyes probably just glazed over. Let's try to make this as simple as possible: Chainlink makes it easier to be certain that smart contracts are following safe rules, by facilitating decentralized communication (that can't be corrupted by a centralized entity) between blockchains.
Mining/Staking
This project uses a Proof of Stake system for consensus. This provides a passive income for token holders who stake their coins instead of trading them.
